Life transitions can bring uncertainty, disruption, and emotional strain. CYME offers certified, expert-led coaching sessions and workshops designed to help individuals and teams adapt with awareness, resilience, and care.
This approach recognises that when one person experiences change, others are often impacted too. Support can therefore focus on the individual in transition, or on those supporting or affected by that change.
