Whether you have been affected by personal or professional loss, whether it be divorce or separation, one or several bereavements, a relationship conflict, children moving away, being unable to “fix” a situation for a dear loved one, loss of freedom, health issues, loss of understanding from others around neurodiversity, hormonal changes (from mild to severe), loss of identity, loss of boundaries, loss of “psychology safety” in this changing world, … it all affects how we function.
When unaddressed, loss can impact wellbeing, relationships, decision making and even performance at work.
We are not psychotherapists or counsellors.
We are a team of certified coaches and mediators who are trained listeners. We are here to support you as you find a pathway forward for a restorative future that works. We come from a variety of health, business and family law disciplines.
Our clients are individuals, couples and groups (such as families or friends) who are looking for trained systemic support to move forward.

Initial Consultation (30 mins)
Intake Session (60 mins)
3 exploratory sessions (60 mins)
2 check-in sessions (15 mins)
FutureForward Sessions are held on-line or in person (London, U.K only).
For couples* experiencing high conflict, longer ‘shuttle’ sessions are available (individuals are in separate rooms and our Mediator moves between the room) and these are priced accordingly.
